What is the role?

At SharkNinja, we don’t just sell products — we disrupt categories and scale at speed. As we accelerate our growth across ANZ, we are seeking a highly analytical, commercially sharp, and forward-thinking Strategic Sales & Analysis Manager to power our next phase of expansion.

This is a pivotal role at the intersection of sales strategy, performance analytics, and commercial planning. You will be the strategic thought partner to the Commercial VP, transforming data into insight, insight into action, and action into accelerated growth.

What are the responsibilities?

  • Lead annual and quarterly commercial planning, forecasting, and target setting
  • Develop and execute ANZ growth strategies aligned to global direction
  • Own sales performance tracking across sell‑in, sell‑out, inventory, and margin
  • Deliver clear, actionable performance reporting and insights
  • Analyse pricing, promotions, and trade investment to optimise ROI and margin
  • Partner with Key Account Managers on customer and channel strategy
  • Drive assortment analysis, range reviews, and category recommendations
  • Align demand, supply, and NPD planning to improve forecast accuracy
  • Support S&OP with commercial risks and opportunities
  • Standardise KPIs, reporting, and governance to drive commercial excellence
  • Champion data‑led decision‑making across the business


What requirements are we looking at?

  • 5–8 years in Sales Strategy, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, or Category Management within FMCG / consumer durables / retail
  • Strong understanding of ANZ retail landscape (e.g., JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys)
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • Experience in forecasting, financial modeling, and trade investment analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
